Hide sensitive data in plain sight

There's a lot to be said for keeping sensitive data close at hand without anyone else knowing it's there. Only you know what's really hidden underneath. That's the whole beauty of steganography.

Let's walk through an example.

Say you've got a credit card you want to keep a backup of. The obvious move is to scan both sides and drop the images into your My Photos folder — a perfectly reasonable use case for a tool like this.

   Scan Capture the front and back of the card.

   Merge Combine both scans into a single image (or something even cooler we're about to release).

   Encrypt & embed Hide it inside a cover image with a password only you — or a few trusted people — know.

   Clean up Delete the real scans. Keep the ordinary-looking output — call it "background.png" — in your photos.

Catastrophe avoided.
